Attic Bathroom: A dormer allowed a multi-use bathroom for two boys, featuring private zones, a light-filled shower, reclaimed bar top, separate toilet room, and generous storage.

Basement Entertainment: The basement was reimagined to host 30+ guests. An antique bar was repurposed as a TV surround, and a hidden equipment room replaced the old wine cellar. Open spaces, movable seating, game tables, and bar-height tables make it perfect for family gatherings and game nights.

Mudroom & Garage: A new garage-adjacent mudroom keeps the family organized with lockers, bench seating, dog doors, and charging stations. The oversized garage supports multiple vehicles, bicycles, and storage, connected to the home via a breezeway with herringbone brick floors and a vaulted wood ceiling.

Home Gym: The old garage became a Rocky Mountain-inspired gym with French doors, wood-slatted walls, a trayed ceiling, and painted black walls, combining functionality and style for workouts, yoga, and stretching.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen was redesigned without moving walls, adding two islands, refined cabinetry, a feature stove wall, and a cozy sitting area, making it open, elegant, and multi-functional. The dining room received a fresh floor plan, creamy white paint, shadowbox paneling, and restored inlaid floors for a bright, timeless space.
