Our obejective was to transform unused crawl spaces into fully functional, state-of-the-art entertainment and spa areas.

The family entertainment area includes a cozy living space with a fireplace, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, TV, seating, and colorful movie-themed décor. A custom bar features a candy display, popcorn machine, beverage center, dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave—perfect for entertaining and cinema nights.

The home theater offers a private cinematic experience with soundproofing, leather recliners, tray tables, ambient lighting, a projection TV, and high-performance speakers. Acoustic fabrics and hidden wiring maintain the sleek, immersive environment, while LED lights set the mood.

The space also includes a large workout area with gym equipment, TVs for video training or sports, and bean bags for multiplayer gaming.

The spa bathroom conversion features dramatic woodland wallpaper inspired by the client’s favorite travel spot, an infrared sauna, urinal, large tile shower, and natural wood stools, seamlessly blending outdoor elements with modern luxury.
