During construction, the client asked us to furnish the project based on selections of tile, carpet, paint, and details provided by the architectural firm. The challenge was to unify the spaces while giving each its own character. Multiple furniture groupings were created to allow areas for gathering or quiet enjoyment, evoking the feel of an elegant hotel lobby.

The dining area was designed for flexibility, accommodating groups, couples, or individuals without feeling isolated. The color palette, drawn from existing finishes and paint, was warmed with antique brass and bronze accents. Patterned wallpaper added texture, durability, and visual interest throughout.

From the moment you enter, the property feels like a welcoming hotel lobby while still maintaining a sense of home.
