Using Home Decor as Centerpieces
A centerpiece sets the mood. A centerpiece makes a statement. A centerpiece tells everyone around the table that you mean business. When it comes to holiday gatherings, table settings become an important part of the occasion. The great thing about centerpieces is that they can be literally anything! Here are some of our favorite centerpiece ideas using things that you probably already have around the house!
Clear and Sparkly
Pull together an amazing centerpiece using a collection of clear glass bottles. Fill some of your clear bottles with glass balls or beaded garland. Add a sprig of greenery to create an extra festive look. Easy!
Mossy Fantasy
This centerpiece only looks complicated, don’t worry. All you have to do is lay down a bed of live moss from a florist. Be sure to lay a paper or plastic under it – it stays green for weeks, but does shed. Next, add a focal point like a large rock. To make it extra Christmas-y, add pine cones and acorns! We also love the idea of tucking in a few succulents.
Precious Cake Stand
Everybody has a tiered cake stand tucked away somewhere. Pull it out and turn into the cutest winter wonderland centerpiece ever! Simply add sprigs of evergreen, acorns, and gingerbread reindeer (or whatever winter critter you want) to create a magical centerpiece everyone is sure to remember.
