We’re Back! High Point Market RecapColby Morrell
We’ve spent the week resting from a long trip to High Point fall market and today we’re feeling energized and inspired! Here’s a little recap of some of our favorite things and trends that we saw at market…
One of the trends we quickly picked up on as we drifted from showroom to showroom was the abundance of pinks and florals. We say this in rich textures and beautiful new fabrics that were introduced this fall. This market trend is something we can definitely get on board with!
Neutrals reigned supreme this fall. We love a neutral color palette mixed with different natural materials to create layers and texture as seen above. Elements like glass, wood, and metal expertly mixed together creates a space that is glamorous but livable.
We were also inspired by the high glam showrooms that featured a lot of silver and crystal. It’s hard to go wrong with this classic combination. We love it because it can be easily introduced to any interior to add a little glam.
Edgy and effortless was the overall theme of many showrooms that we visited. We saw a lot of industrial elements incorporated with fun, sometimes whimsical, designs in lighting and furniture. This was a refreshing reminder that interior design can be fun and even a little irreverent.
